In the eve of the New 2020, the New Year's Festival was held in the hall of the State Philharmonic in the capital of Georgia - Tbilisi. From 26th till 29th of December 2019, all the participants in the forum established contacts, showed their talent in front of the audience and got to know more about different cultures and arts. They exchanged an experience in the field of art. Performers had the opportunity to visit interesting picturesque and historical places, to get acquainted with the history and culture of Georgia. They visited the old capital of Georgia - Mtskheta, a town-museum included in the UNESCO's list, the ancient monastery Jvari, the Svetitskhoveli cathedral, Samtavro monastery and the Tbilisi's sights. Some of the groups had additional excursions to Eastern Georgia, to one of the most famous and the most rare in history monuments - the rock-hewn town of Uplistsikhe. It is located in the vicinity of the Gori town and on the coast of Kura (Mtkvari) river. Program of the event included concerts, round table and awarding ceremony. The event was attended by dance and music groups, theaters, word art performers and artists who wished themselves to visit again this festival adventure as soon as possible.
