A video will remind us the sunny summer days of 2018 when the Bulgarian Black Sea coast was the center of the world folklore art. 

You can see the amazing participation of Children's ensemble for songs and dances "Mkhedruli" from Kobuleti, Georgia in the VIII World Championship of Folklore "World Folk"

Part of the movie of the Championship includes an interview with the artistic director of the group - Mr Badri Tsetskhladze as well as fragments from the three incredible dances that were presented to the Bulgarian audience - national dances of Ajara, Abkhazia and the mountain dance "Azbeguri".

Ensemble was created in 2003 and since then its members have travelled a lot in Europe - the Czech Republic, Austria, France, Greece, Northern Macedonia and Italy. They had travelled also to China, but they shared that they like Bulgaria a lot and are extremely pleased with the participation in the World Championship of Folklore.

The archive videos will reveal the captivating performance of the participants, who were awarded with Golden medal in the "Folk Dance Group - Modern Choreography, Children" category. They also receveid a nomination for the Grand Prix of the VIII World Folklore Championship in 2018.

In addition to these achievements, the Children's Song and Dance Ensemble "Mkhedruli" is also a Champion in the annual ranking of the Eurofolk TV Championship for 2018.

It is worth breaking the natural chronological course of folklore events, because they are forever up-to-date!
