In the current difficult situation, caused by the COVID-19 virus and affecting the whole world, EAFF does not stop showing the power of festival art. An innovative online music festival, named “CYBER ART”, has been organized in response to the pandemic. It will be held from 1 to 5 May, as its host is the Global Network of Internet. The purpose of the special edition is creating an open space for the development of cultural international contacts in the context of the need for social distance. The traditions in the field of musical art, the achievements of world culture, the strengthening of friendship and mutual understanding between peoples are the main pillars of inspiration in any music or dance artist. Anyone, who wants to get involved (group or individual performer), should keep only one condition: provide 1 videoclip up to 5 minutes, uploaded on YouTube. The deadline for completing applications for participation and sending of links is 30 April 2020. Performers will compete by singing, playing and performing in different categories and ages, as in the end, everyone will be proud holders of a diploma by the prestigious cyber competition, and the best performers will win Grand Prix, laureate, prestigious awards and may even receive a cash prize. The remote competition is held under the patronage of: The Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic, the Senate of the Czech Republic, the Music School of Vadim Petrov, the Music Foundation of Alvaro Gomez and the Prague Conservatory of Jan Dеyl. The participation in the online festival is open to various performing groups, as you can find out more information about it from its regulation. The unconventional venture promises to cause a lot of new excitement and trembling, so don't hesitate to submit your application. Try to impress with your performances the honorable jury, which includes prominent figures of Czech and European culture - lecturers at leading music and choreographic institutes in Europe!
