Winner of the gold medal in the category "Folk dance groups - modern choreography, children" and the nomination for the Grand Prix at the VIII World Championship of Folklore "World folk" 2018 is Folklore Studio "Arlekino" at the Commercial Sea Port "Chernomorsk" - (Chernomorsk, Ukraine). 

The studio was established 22 years ago and consists of three age groups, with about 80 participants. The performers from “Arlekino” have several stage programs and travel around Europe to present a different interpretation of folk art, called folk circus.

On Bulgarian stage, in addition to the World Championship in 2018, the group also participated in the XIII International Folklore Festival "Euro Folk - Black Sea" in 2017.

In the past, in the village or in the city, artists have tried to amaze the audience with something unconventional. The folklore studio also aims to bring more beauty to Ukrainian folklore and its games.

"It is a real happiness for us to take part in such a big feast. Thank you very much for the warm welcome and for the attention of the organizers." – this is how the artistic director of the ensemble, Mrs. Nadia Volyk, expressed her attitude to the competition forum in an interview with Eurofolk TV.

Attractive props and colorful costumes are part of the components that helped the talented dancers win the jury award and deserve the applause of the audience.
