The National dance ensemble "Romiosni" from Limassol (Cyprus) was nominated for the Grand Prix Golden "Orpheus" in the IX World Championship of Folklore "World folk" 2019. With a historical Greek story, the ensemble had the opportunity to present not only their country and its past, but also the folklore of other nationalities. In their program, the performers recreated characteristic elements of both the Georgian people associated with them in the past and the Armenian people. Their native Greek dances also won the applause of the audience.
