Dance group "Kand ja Kabid" at the Cultural Center - Tallinn, Estonia won a gold medal in the category "Folklore dance groups - modern choreography" and the nomination for the Grand Prix Golden "Orpheus" in the X European Championship of Folklore "Euro Folk 2018". 

The group was established more than 70 years ago and it is based in Northern Estonia. The participants in the forum performed both traditional folklore dances and dance works by various choreographers. The folklore games that the performers present in the video are also typical for Estonia.
The artistic director of the formation is Mrs. Kadri Aadma.

In Northern Estonia, all folklore skirts are striped. National costumes which the performers wear and the patterned blouses they present in the video are typical for the same region. The hat accessory in the women's clothing shows that they are married, and the girls who do not wear an apron are still unmarried.
