The third stage of the International Online Festival-Competition "All Colors of Art" is open for collecting audience votes. 

The digital competition, held from 16 to 21 December 2020, involved 375 participants from 28 countries. 

The forum provided an opportunity for presentation of performers from: Kazakhstan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Indonesia, Lithuania, Poland, Albania, Armenia, Romania, Ukraine, Serbia, Republic of Kosovo, Uzbekistan, Russia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Malaysia, Kyrgyzstan, Republic of Moldova, Latvia, Turkey, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mongolia, Portugal, Germany, Northern Macedonia, China, Spain and Slovenia.
