International Online Music Competition "Music Symphony of St. Petersburg" was held online from 22 to 26 June 2021. Organizers of the forum stated that it was attended by 80 performers from 18 countries.

All the videos competing in the online contest were uploaded not only to the special EAFF's platform, but on the YouTube channel of Grand Music Competition and in the program of the final Gala concert of the musical event.
