Black Sea town of Balchik hosted the International Music Awards "Folk Music 2021" that was held in the period September 5-6, 2021.

On September 5th, a competition program was held in the "Melnitsa" Community center and more than 30 folklore groups from Bulgaria, Ukraine and Moldova took part in it. 350 participants showed their art in front of the international jury, the guests and citizens of the town.

On September 6th, the Gala concert was held on the open stage of the Cultural Complex "Palace". Concert was attended by a special guest of the forum - Bulgarian star Elitsa Todorova, who was also a member of the jury commission.
