25 February 2022 Championships
The jubilee tenth edition of the Balkan Championship of Folklore "Euro folk - Jiva voda" 2022 will present the bearers of the traditional values in the atmosphere of the hundred years history of the town of Hisarya (Bulgaria).
Folklore ensembles, folklore vocal and dance groups, choirs, clubs of folklore dances, groups for old urban songs, brass and folklore orchestras, individual performers and duets are able to present folklore art in the musical competition.
Beside the Grand Prix Golden "Orpheus", the winner in the contest will receive Golden medal and Diploma for the Absolute Balkan champion of folklore in 2022 as well as money prize in the amount of 1,000 BGN, provided by the Municipality of Hisarya.
All the performances will be recorded with professional audio and TV equipment and the best of them will be broadcasted on the TV air and online numerous times. The program will be able to be watched on the platform of EuroFolkTV Internet television.
Tenth anniversary of the competition promises even more unforgettable backstage experience and stage emotions, Balkan friendships and a highly competitive atmosphere for revealing the creative potential of participants.
