The absolute winner of the eighteen edition of the International folklore festival "Euro Folk - Black Sea" is Group "Kamilari" at the "Vasil Levski 1901" Community center, Dobrina village, Provadia municipality, Varna region. Art director of the group is Dimitrichka Dicheva. The group received the Grand Prix and the Grand prize Golden "Orpheus" in 2022, as well as an honorable diploma and honorable sign, the title "Laureate 1st degree, and recommendation for participation in the World Championship of Folklore "World Folk" 2022. Director of the group shared with us that the custom that they presented on the stage has been played since the creation of the community center in 1901, because of the preservation of the traditions in their village. This years edition of the "Euro Folk - Black Sea" Festival 2022, as a tradition was held in the end of June in the sea town of Kiten, Bulgaria, and under the aegis of the European Association of Folklore Festivals - partner of UNESCO under the Convention for intangible cultural heritage. The jury commission was composed of: Mr Valentin Halvadzhiev - choreographer; Mrs Mariana Nutsova - ethnologist, author of folklore TV shows and movies, program director of EuroFolkTV. Chairman of the jury is Maestro Georgi Yankov - musical specialist and choir conductor, Laureateof the Vth, VIth and VIIth Republic Festivals, winner of golden medals, awarded by the Committee on Arts and Culture with the title of Champion and gold badge. Their decision also determined how the official award ceremony of the artists will take place. Female folklore group "Detelina" at "Hristo Botev 1903" Community center, Raduil village, received an honorable diploma, honorable sign, Laureate title 1st degree, and a recommendation for participation in the World Championship of Folklore "World Folk" 2022. Vocal performers were also awarded the First Prize Golden "Orpheus" in the category "Folklore songs, authentic Folklore". Dance group "Pastra kitka" from Krumovgrad received an honorable diploma, honorable sign, Laureate title 1st degree, as well as a recommendation for participation in the European Championship of Folklore "Euro Folk" 2022. Choir for processed folklore "Rosna kitka" at "Prosveta 1905" Community center from Vetrino village, Varna region, is the winner of an honorable diploma and honorable sign for their participation in the XVIII edition of the folklore festival. The choir won the Laureate title 1st degree and a Diploma for continuity between the generations in the name of Iliyan Nikolov. Group for authentic folklore "Koreni" at "Prosveta 1905" Community center from Vetrino village, were also awarded an honorable prize, honorable sign and a Laureate title 1st degree. Valeri Pavlinov Ivanov (bagpipe performer) at the "Prosveta 1905" Community center in the village of Vetrino became the "Discovery" of the forum and was awarded an honorary prize and honorable sign. The young man received a Laureate title 1st degree and a recommendation to participate in the European Championship of Folklore "Euro Folk 2022". Group for folklore dances "Vetrinsko nastroenie" at the "Prosveta 1905" Community center in the village of Vetrino was awarded an honorary prize and honorable mention at the Music Festival "Euro Folk". The club was also awarded the title of Laureate 1st degree. Dance Ensemble "Ritmika" - Dragoman, Sofia region, received the sign and certificate of honor of the event, as well as the title of Laureate 1st degree. The performers were also awarded a recommendation to participate in the European Championship of Folklore "Euro Folk 2022". From their participation in the XVIII International Folklore Festival "Euro Folk - Black Sea" 2022 the representatives from Turkey "Tekirdağ Bilim ve Sanat Merkezi Çocuk Korosu" received a diploma and an honorable sign, as well as Laureate title 1st degree, becoming the "Discovery" of the forum. They were awarded a recommendation to participate in the World Championship of Folklore "World Folk" 2022. All evaluated performances also received prizes - production of the studio "Euro Folk".
