The XXVI Stara Planina Festival "Balkan Folk" welcomes performers to become part of its impressive traditional program.

The forum will be held in the town of Veliko Tarnovo, in the period 11-15 May 2023, revealing the diversity of cultural riches.

Artistic collectives and individual performers of all genres are invited to the festival stage – folklore choirs, ensembles, orchestras and dance ensembles, collectives for old urban, classical, tourist, patriotic and church songs, without age limits.

The festival will be held under the patronage of the National Commission of the Republic of Bulgaria for UNESCO and with the support of the Municipality of Veliko Tarnovo.
