The eight International Cultural Festival "Folkway" was held from 29 June to 3 July, 2023 in Pieria (Paralia Beach and Korinos), near the exquisite shores of the blue Aegean Sea - Riviera Olympus and at the foot of the famous Mount Olympus.

This is the only international cultural festival in the area under the auspices of the regional unit of Pieria and the municipality of Katerini, in cooperation with Greek local companies - associations, with quality standards and great respect for tradition and culture. 

The forum was visited by more than 5,000 spectators on both days of performances. A total of 340 people, 12 groups from 6 countries (Bulgaria, Cyprus, Ukraine, Turkey, Slovakia and Greece) took part in the concert programs.

During their five-day stay, all participants enjoyed the pleasant Mediterranean climate and the hospitality of the local people. 

The director of the festival extends an invitation to participate in the ninth edition of an international cultural festival, which will be held in July 2024, in the same area.
