From November 6 to 9, 2025, the Czech capital, Prague, will host the prestigious International Dance Competition “Prague Dance Open”. The event will bring together talented dancers from all over the world, competing in various age categories and dance styles.

The festival will begin with the arrival of the participants and an opportunity for a sightseeing tour of Prague’s historic center. Among the landmarks that dancers and their guests can visit are Charles Bridge, Old Town Square, the Astronomical Clock (Orloj), and the National Museum.

On November 7, participants will have the chance to join an excursion to Dresden—the pearl of Saxony, famous for its rich history, impressive architecture, and iconic landmarks such as the Zwinger Palace and the Semper Opera House.

The main part of the competition, Prague Fest Info Dance 2025, will take place on November 8. Dancers will showcase their talent in a variety of disciplines, including ballet, contemporary and modern dance, jazz, folklore, acro style, hip-hop, musical theater, Latin, and standard show dances. Participants will be divided into age categories—from the youngest, under 6 years old, to dancers over 25 years old.

The festival will conclude on November 9 with a chance to visit Prague Castle—the largest fortress in the world—as well as a boat trip on the Vltava River, before the dancers return to their home countries with the promise of new encounters next year.

“Prague Dance Open” 2025 promises to be a celebration of art, dance, and international friendship. Hundreds of participants are expected to take the stage with passion, technique, and inspiration, while the audience will enjoy an unforgettable spectacle.
