More than 1,500 participants from various regions of Georgia and abroad gathered from March 27–31, 2025, to be part of the traditional International Festival-Competition “Art-Folk Fest” (March), which once again impressed with its scale and artistic diversity this year.

The event was organized by the Union for the Development of Culture and Art “Art-Folk” and the Institute of Culture. The festival offered a rich program of choreographic and musical performances, presented by numerous ensembles from Georgia and guests from various countries. Two of the concert days took place in the capital Tbilisi and in the city of Telavi.

Participants had the opportunity not only to perform on stage, but also to immerse themselves in the cultural diversity of Georgia through specially organized tours, masterclasses, and intercultural exchange meetings between Georgian and foreign artists.

Each group received a festival award, laureate diplomas, medals, and other recognitions for their contribution to the development of folk art.

The International Festival “Art-Folk Fest” (March) 2025 was held with the active support of the European Association of Folklore Festivals (EAFF), as well as the International Dance Council (CID) under the auspices of UNESCO, the Georgian Academy of Choreographers, the organization House of Roses, and the media company TV company Stars.

The organizers express their heartfelt gratitude to all participating groups and partners for their dedication and cooperation in realizing yet another successful edition of “Art-Folk Fest.”
