The International Folklore Festival “Ohrid Necklace” was held from July 2 to 6, 2025, in Ohrid, North Macedonia, and gathered more than 400 participants from several countries, including Macedonia, Montenegro, the Czech Republic, Serbia, Slovakia, and Turkey.

Before the festival evening, all groups paraded through the colorful Ohrid Bazaar to the stage, where they performed their dances and music. At the end of the festival, the organizers handed out participation certificates to all ensembles, and the groups shared that they were extremely satisfied with the organization and atmosphere.

During the remaining days, the participants had the opportunity to explore the sights of Ohrid, including the Ancient Theatre, Samuel’s Fortress, and the many churches in the area. They also enjoyed boat rides on the crystal-clear waters of Lake Ohrid.
