From October 25 to 30, 2025, Gwalior – UNESCO’s City of Music and a cultural gem of India – will host the grand 20th World Dance Festival UDBHAV UTSAV. This event is recognized as one of the largest international folklore and dance gatherings, attracting hundreds of participants from all over the world and thousands of Indian performers each year.

The majestic city of Gwalior, known for its rich music and dance heritage, offers a unique stage for cultural and artistic exchange. Iconic landmarks such as the Gwalior Fort, Jai Vilas Palace, and the Sun Temple will be included in special guided tours for participants.

The festival aims to create a space for creative collaboration, showcase new talent, and build cultural bridges between nations through the power of dance and music. The stage will feature folk and traditional dance groups, classical orchestras, marching bands, and majorettes from various countries, with each group presenting four performances.
