From December 5 to 9, 2025, the capital of Georgia – Tbilisi – will become a global stage for dance, music, and arts during the International Festival “Winter Tbilisi.” The event aims to promote cultural diversity by bringing together performers from different countries in a shared artistic experience.

The festival welcomes both amateur and professional groups, as well as individual participants, with no age restrictions. The program includes stage performances in various genres – folk and modern dances, vocal and instrumental performances, as well as exhibitions and visual arts. Each participant will have the opportunity to present a program lasting between 6 and 8 minutes.

“Winter Tbilisi” is not just a festival, but a cultural meeting of talent and traditions that creates new friendships and artistic partnerships among performers. The festival concerts will take place on iconic stages in Tbilisi, and in addition to the artistic program, the event includes tours of Old Tbilisi and the ancient capital Mtskheta. Participants will have the chance to experience the magic of Georgia during the Christmas season, when the capital is filled with lights and festive spirit.

All participants will receive festival diplomas and special awards. The organizers offer an affordable economic package – 5 days/4 nights, breakfasts and lunches, festival transportation, and two free excursions. The number of participants in each group is unlimited, and every 17th participant joins for free.
