From September 17 to 20, 2026, Ljubljana will host the International Dance and Music Festival “Arriva” – an international event that brings together different cultures, styles, and artistic forms on one stage. The festival is establishing itself as a meeting point between tradition and contemporary art, where participants present their identity to a wide audience. The program is open to folk and modern dance groups, choirs, orchestras, majorette formations, and music bands, with no age restrictions and no limit on the number of participants. The highlight of the event will be the festival concert on September 18 in the city center. As part of the experience, participants can join an additional program including a visit to Lake Bled – one of the most iconic destinations in the country, known for its island, church, and panoramic views from Bled Castle. The program continues in Ljubljana with a walk to Ljubljana Castle, along the Ljubljanica River, and through landmarks such as the Triple Bridge, Dragon Bridge, and Prešeren Square. The festival combines stage performance with a cultural experience and opportunities for international networking in one of Europe’s most attractive capitals. Interested groups can apply through the official application form.
