This year’s edition of the Traditional International Art-Folk Fest 2026 welcomed more than 1,500 performers from different countries and various regions of Georgia.

The event was held in Telavi, Georgia, and was organized by the Art-Folk Union for Culture and Arts Development and the Institute of Culture.

The festival program featured guest ensembles from different countries, alongside numerous ensembles representing all regions of Georgia. Participants presented a wide variety of choreographic and musical performances. In addition to the concerts, guests enjoyed excursions throughout Georgia, where they became acquainted with the country’s rich culture and artistic heritage. A special masterclass brought together Georgian and international participants, providing an opportunity to present their cultural traditions and exchange experience.

At the closing ceremony, each participant received a Laureate Diploma, a special festival edition of the magazine Georgian Choreography, and various awards.

The International Art-Folk Fest 2026 (March 26–30) was held with the support of the International Dance Council (CID) under the auspices of UNESCO, the European Association of Folklore Festivals (EAFF), and House of Roses.
