Over 5000 folklore performers arrive in Veliko Tarnovo of Stara Planina Fest “Balkan folk 2014 and of Bulgarian national championship for folklore “Eurofolk 2014”. ”
Over 300 folklore groups and individual performers from all ethnographic regions of Bulgaria as well as two foreign groups will participate in the this year’s edition of ХVIII edition of Stara Planina Fest “Balkan folk 2014”and in the conducted along with it Bulgarian national championship for folklore “Eurofolk 2014”. This will be the fifth edition of the championship and it is part of the championship system of the European association of folklore festivals.
