Conditions for participation:

• Please, send by email minimum 6 digital pictures and a short description of your group and videos or links and descriptions of your performances.
• The groups are requested to arrive in ÇANAKKALE on 27  August  2023 - 10:00 and depart on 31 August 2023 - 12:00, after breakfast. 
• Each group should bring flag of their country and 3 gifts with them. 
• We will pick up the groups at Çanakkale Airport, We will provide airport transfer.
• Organization committeel prefers dance groups with live music but recorded music is also acceptable.
• Pocket money will not be paid to the groups by Festival Committee.

• The groups will prepare 5-10 minutes programs. All groups have to prepare minimum 2 different performances.

Participation fee:

• 130 Euro per person (5 days/ 4 nights)

Participation fee includes:

• Accommodatio in University Students Hostel or similar. 2-3-4 beds a room and inside bathroom, 3 meals daily.  
• Organizational expenses.
• Gifts provided for each person is an attendance certificate. A gala party will be held for groups.
• Participating groups will be rewarded for the best music, best costume, best performance and best choreography.

Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form.
Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.

PAYMENT: As confirmation of its participation in the festival, a group pays in advance 30% of total payment (which is not reimbursable in case of declination of participation). The rest of the amount is to be paid 15 days before the festival or at the group’s arrival to the hotel, according to the agreement.
