Директор: Murat Erdem, Salih Onsoy Conditions for participation: The groups are requested to arrive in Batumi on 10.07.2024 - 12:00 and depart on 14.07.2024 - 12:00, after breakfast. We prefer dance groups with live music but recorded music also acceptable. Еach group should bring flag of their countries with them. For gift exchange, each country must bring 3 gifts. Pocket money will not be paid to the groups by Festival Committee. Gifts provided for each person is an attendance certificate. After completing application, you need to send back by email minimum 6 digital pictures and a short description of your group and videos or links and descriptions of your performances. The groups will prepare 5-10 minutes programs. All groups have to prepare minimum 2 different performances. The Groups will stay at 3 stars hotel Number of participants is not limited. Participation fee: 170 Euro per person For double rooms there is a supplement of 5 € per person per day, for single room 15 € per person per day. Participation fee includes: Organizational expenses Accommodation in a 3*** Hotel for 4 nights with 2 meals per day On every 25 participants one member is free of charge (25+1 free of charge) Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form. Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment. As a second step: the group pays in advance 1000 € (which is not reimbursable in case of declination of participation). The rest of the amount is to be paid 15 days before the festival or at the group’s arrival to the hotel, according to the agreement. Last date for deposit 15.06.2024
