Conditions for participation:

  • International Alanya Folk Dance Festival will be arranged between 14 - 20 October 2024 in Alanya/ Antalya. 
  • There is not any limit for participant number.
  • There is no limit for the age of participants.
  • Participants can use CD or live music.
  • Participants will show their performance in place which is in accordance with the festival committee’s decision.
  • Festival commitee will take care for the concert venue in case of bad weather conditions.
  • While festival, participants will prepare their performance, 3 - 6 and at most 10 minutes longer.
  • Each group should bring flags of their countries with them.
  • Performance will showed in open area. Performances will showed in areas which are 10 * 8 meter.
  • Festival committee will give a guide to all groups while festival. Festival language is English.
  • Participant groups need to send 5 different pictures, 1 video (which includes their performances) submitting the application.

Participation fee:

  • 175 Euro per person for 5 nights/ 6 days, ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE
  • 210 Euro per person for 6 nights/ 7 days, ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE
    • Double room price is 39 Euro per person per day
    • Single room price is 78 Euro per person per day

Triple rooms have 1 french bed and 1 single bed.

* On every 26 people - 1 person is free (25 paying + 1 free).
* Payments will be made in cash at check-in.

  • Hotel check in time is 14.00 and check out time is 11.00 a.m.
    • Early check-in price is 15 Euro per person, includes food and bavarege service, not room.
    • Late check-out price is 15 Euro per person, includes food and bavarege service, not room.
  • The groups will be accommodated in a 5* hotel (3 beds in each room) which is very close to the seaside.
  • ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE system.
  • There will be historical and touristy trips for participiants in free time. Furthermore there will be aqupark and yacht trip tours (with extra payment - 12 Euro per person).
  • Every type of travel, health insurance and other insurances are in groups owns.
  • Airport transportations will be paid by the groups, yet festival committee can provide guidance for arrangements. Airport transfer fee is 30 Euro per person (airport - hotel - airport). The transportation between festival place and hotel will be provided by the festival committee.
Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form.

Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.

As a next step, the group should pay an amount of 1.000 Euro deposit from before 1st September 2024.
