The number of participants can be a maximum of 30, including staff and drivers (in case of bus transport)

The Festival "Dukatfest 2018" provides for participants:

• Accommodation (university accommodation) and food (three meals) for foreign ensembles in the days of the Festival from 16.06.2018. (2:00 pm) till 20.06.2018.(11:00 am);
• Transfer from the airport Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina to accommodations and return;
• Tourist tour of the City of Banja Luka;
• The costs of technical need of ensembles and concert hall;
• The costs of capture and recording ensembles for the central concert;
• Certificates for all participants;
• Promotional materials.

Participants / ensembles have to provide:

• Travel costs of the state from which they come to Banja Luka (Bosnia and Herzegovina) and return;
• Health insurance (submit proof of it);
• Local tax (4 days, 16.06.2018. from 2 p.m till 20.06.2018. till 11 a.m.) and data processing costs for foreign nationals –Total 4 days 20,00 euros per person (be paid by the organizer upon arrival in Bosnia and Herzegovina);
• All ensemble expenses incurred due to premature arrival or later departure of the ensemble from the term indicated in the propositions, shall be paid by the ensemble.
• The Festival will provide accommodation facilities for doctors and a clinic for minor medical interventions, as well as a way of providing emergency medical services/from 00:00 to 24: 00/. The costs of serious medical interventions, defined policies of health insurance, do not bear the Organizers of the Festival.
• All ensembles, who submit an application by February 28,2018 , will receive an official answer about participation in "Dukatfest 2018" not later than 10. March 2018., when Festivals Commission finish selection.

The Folklore ensembles should prepare:

• A rounded appearance for up to 8 minutes (8 minutes) for the Central opening ceremony (submit name and video/link of choreography in application form);
• Program to 25 minutes for individual concerts in main festivals program (It is not necessary only live music and original instruments. It can be stylization);
• Traditional souvenirs to exchange gifts with representatives of the Government of the Republic of Srpska, City of Banja Luka and the organizer;
• Bring national flag to represent for the competitive part of the program;
• Bring a CD with traditional music of the country;
• All ensembles will receive certificates of participation at IFK "Dukatfest 2018".
• The leader of ensemble is responsible for discipline.
