Conditions for participation:

• Please, send by email minimum 6 digital pictures and a short description of your group and videos or links and descriptions of your performances.
• There is no age limit.
• The number of participants must be 40 people with driver.
• The groups are requested to arrive in Cappadocia on 8 September 2022 - 12:00 and depart on 12 September 2022 - 12:00, after breakfast. 
• Each group should bring flag of their country with them.
• Organization committeel prefers dance groups with live music but recorded music is also acceptable.
• Pocket money will not be paid to the groups by Festival Committee.
• The groups will prepare 5-10 minutes programs. All groups have to prepare minimum 2 different performances.

Accommodation:

• The groups will stay in University hostel. 2 and 3 beds in a room and also WC.

Participation fee:

• 30 Euro per person

Participation fee includes:

• 4 nights with 3 meals per day 
• Organizational expenses.
• Gift provided for each person is an attendance certificate.
• Groups that will come by bus will receive 300 lt diesel. Organizers will transfer the groups arriving by plane from Istanbul, Antalya and Ankara airports.

Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form.
Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.
