Директор: Mrs. Gordana Zoric Program of the festival: Day 1 - Arrival of the ensemble and accommodation after 2pm, parking for the bus is free, overnight stay. Day 2 - Free time after breakfast, coming to the theater. At 5.30pm - technical rehearsal, Concert in the theater in 7pm, overnight. Day 3 - After breakfast free time for optional excursion (Serbian evening in a traditional restaurant), overnight stay. Day 4 - Breakfast, leaving the hotel at 9am Conditions: Participants may be folklore and modern dance groups. Group can perform with live music CD or USB The number of the participants is limited. No age limits. Each group must consist of dancers and group manager (and musicians if the group have live music) Each group must prepare a program with a duration of max 10 to 12 minutes. Groups should send rooming lists not later than 15 days before the start of the event. In order to participate in this festival, every group needs to fill in an application form The groups coming by bus should use their own transport all the time during the festival. If the group needs a visa, it is the responsibility of the group to arrange it. Participants: Folklore ensembles Dance clubs Choirs Participation fee: FULL - 79 Euro per preson - Hostel - 3 BB (Additional dinner - 10 Euro per person per day; Additional day - 23 Euro per person per day) 99 Euro per person - Hotel 3*** - 3 BB (Additional dinner - 17 Euro per person per day; Additional day - 31 Euro per person per day) Participation fee includes: Accommodation in hotel with 3* in 1/3 and 1/4 rooms (extra double room is 7 euro per day,per person) accommodation for leaders and drivers in 1/2 room 3 BB – night stay with breakfast Organization expenses Degrees Invitation letter On 25 participants, 26th is free of charge All participants must respect the rules of accommodation as well as the law of the host country. Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form. Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment. As a second payment, you have to pay reservation - 20 Euro per person to the organizational team. (In case of cancellation, there is no refund of the deposit.)
