Comfortable climate, lush subtropical plants, hydrogen sulfide sources and a warm sea made Sochi a popular resort. You'll feel one-of-a-kind atmosphere of the city which comes from the beautiful mountain landscapes, numerous rivers, green gardens and parks with plenty of evergreen trees and bushes. Sochi is marked numerous architectural landmarks, which include modern ensembles, monuments, squares, embankments and boulevards. Among the highlights of the tour are marine station "Morvokzal", the first church of the Black sea – The Cathedral of St. Michael the Archangel, balneological complex "Macesta", park "Riviera" and other notable sights of Sochi.
You may also visit the historic house museum Stalin's Dacha - the former Summer Residence of the Soviet dictator Joseph Stalin. It's one of the few real-life relics left in Sochi from the communist times. Sochi with its population of 400,000 people is situated in Krasnodar, which is the third largest region in Russia. As you surely know Sochi was the host city of the 2014 Olympic Winter Games and it was the first time that the Russian Federation hosts the Winter Games. The Sochi Olympic Park was built along the Black Sea coast in the Imeretinskaya Valley, where all the ice venues such as the Bolshoi Ice Palace, the Maly Ice Palace, the Olympic Oval, the Sochi Olympic Skating Centre, the Olympic Curling Centre, the Central Stadium, the Main Olympic Village had been built anew for the 2014 Games. 

Program for period 31 October – 02 November 2020:

31 October 2020. Day 1. Sightseeing tour of Sochi + Olympic Park (transfer is provided)
Arrival of the group to the station, meeting with the guide. The meeting of groups is carried out in the Sochi station (meeting in the airport for additional fee). The recommended arrival time:  from 8:00 to 11:00. Meeting with the guide: not earlier than 8:00.
Boarding the bus. A sightseeing tour of Sochi (+Adler) (you will get acquainted with cultural-historical attractions of Sochi, visit the harbor station, see the monument to the heroes of the film "The Diamond Hand". Then you will visit the Winter Theatre which is a pearl of Sochi architecture and a facility of cultural heritage. After that you will visit the Art Square decorated with various sculptures and picturesque fountains. Then you will take a bus tour along the central streets of Sochi, go along the main city road, the Kurortny Prospekt, and will see the temple of the Michael of the Archangel. Finally you will take a sightseeing tour across the Olympic Park where all the key facilities are located: stadium "Fisht" where the opening and the closing ceremonies of the XXII Winter Olympic games took place, the Bolshoi Ice Palace, Iceberg Ice Palace, Small Ice Palace "Shaiba", the covered speed skating center "Adler-Arena", the Curling Arena, two training arenas, the Olympic Village)
Transfer to the hotel. Check-in time after 14:00 pm. Early check-in in the hotel is possible only if there are free rooms available.
Lunch. Free time. Walk along sea shore.
Organizational meeting with the leaders of the groups.
Dinner. Completion of the first day.  Free time. Optional - additional excursions.*

01 November 2020. Day 2. Festival
Buffet breakfast in the health resort.
The concert hall is located in the health resort. Registration of the participants.
Rehearsal of the concert program according to the schedule.
Opening Ceremony of the Festival. Welcoming words of the jury and the organizing committee. Performances of the contestants. Meeting of the jury.
Lunch.
Gala concert. Closing ceremony of the festival.
Awarding ceremony, presenting diplomas, cups, souvenirs. Discussion of the performances with the jury.
Round table for teachers and group leaders devoted to topical problems of education in the field of culture and arts. Presenting letters of thanks and certificates of participation to the teachers and group leaders (during the round table).
Dinner. The completion of the program of the second day. Free time.

02 November 2020. Day 3. Departure (transfer is provided)
Buffet breakfast at the health resort.
Departure from the health resort no later than 12.00. Boarding the bus. Transfer to the station (please, note that you should buy return tickets with the departure from Adler). Free time before the departure of the train. 
Optional - additional excursions and transfer to the airport.*

** WARNING! Number of hotel rooms is limited! The booking of rooms in the hotel of a selected category is made only after receiving of prepayment. The rooms are distributed among groups in equal shares! For every 20 persons there is one double room without additional fee.

Participation fee includes:

• accommodation in the "AdlerKurort" in Sochi (Adler) (3 days/2 nights);
• meals (2 breakfasts, 2 lunches and 2 dinners);
• guided sightseeing tour of Sochi;
• guided sightseeing tour of OLYMPIC PARK (Adler), a trip on the Golf car for additional fee;
• transfer to the hotel on the arrival day;
• transfer to the station on the day of departure***
• resort fee

Participation fee doesn't include:

• additional day of stay in the sanatorium with three meals daily;
• entry tickets and sightseeing fees;
• trip on the Golf car through the Olympic Park (150 rubles)

  • 12 EUR for one ensemble participant (no more than 180 EUR for an ensemble)
  • 25 EUR for a soloist

Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.
