The ceremony will be held at the city stadium or on the downtown square. Accommodation is at the hotel with 3 stars. Rooms are with private bath, telephone, television, air conditioning and terrace.Kusadasi is a popular resort on the Aegean Sea and a major port for major cruise ships. The main decoration of this beautiful town are sandy beaches that attract many tourists from around the world.Program:1 day – Arrival of ensemble, accommodation - after 14.00h. Dinner, overnight stay.2 day – Breakfast, Appearance in center town on the square. Each group performs with max 5 min or more if necessary. Receiving of certificates. Dinner, overnight stay.3 day – Performance in Aydin, 60km from Kusadasi, the group uses its own bus. Aydın is seat of Aydın Province in Turkey's Aegean Region. Each ensemble is obligated to set performance in duration of 3, 10 and 15 minutes. 4 day – After breakfast facultative tour – EFES with attendance of professional local guides. Dinner. As a next step, the group should pay 30 Euro per person in advance, and rest of amount in cash when you arrive in Kusadasi.Note: All ensembles must provide their own music, leading orchestar or music CD.
