5. International Folk Dance and Music Festival
14 - 20 October 2021 in Side - Antalya

Participants have to come in Side - Antalya on 14th October 2021 (Thursday) - check in time is 14.00; Departure on 20th October 2021 (Wednesday), check out time is 11.00 a.m. (after breakfast).
There is not any limit for participants number.
Participants can use CD or live music.
Participants will show their performance in place which is in accordance with the festival committee's decision.
Festival commitee will organize the concerts in dependence with weather conditions.
Participants should prepare 3-6 performances with duration maximum 10 minutes.
Concerts will be in open area - areas with dimensions 8* 9 meters.
Festival committee will provide a guide to all groups during the festival. Festival language is English.
There will be historical and touristy trips for participiants in their spare time.
Furthermore, there will be aqupark and yacht trip tours (with extra payment).
Festival committee will ensure the security of the groups during the festival.
Groups will stay at the 5-star Side Ramada Resort Hotel in Side.Hotel is All Inclusive.( ramadaresortside.com )
Every type of travel, health insurance and other insurances should be arranged by the groups.
Groups should bring a flag of their country with them.
There is no limit for the age of participants.
After submitting of an application, groups need to send 5 different pictures and 1 video (which includes their performances).

130 Euro per person for 5 nights/ 6 days, All inclusive accommodation
156 Euro per person for 6 nights/ 7 days, All inclusive accommodation
- For every 30 people - 1 is accommodated free of charge.
- Double room price is 32 Euro per person per day.
- Single room price is 40 Euro per person per day.

Any group, willing to participate, must submit an Application form.

Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.

As a next step, the group should pay an amount of 1.000 Euro deposit from before 1st September 2021.
