Avat ensemble has started its artwork as a percussion group in 2014. In a bid to become more professional it changed its way to a combination of all costume and modern melodic instruments and percussions. Actually the group blends the sounds of a variety of instrument families. Now the band consists all percussion, string ,wind instrument, bass instrument and also especial local strings such as Tar, Santur and etc. now the ensemble main goal is to attend in folklore music festivals and competition of different countries to gain more experiences and also become more familiar with other cultures.
Experiences
Avat ensemble was being able to perform

• Concert in 2015, 2016, 2018
• Taking part in traditional musical festival called 'Avaay Mess' and granted as the first three top Taking part in 'Navahi' festival
• It has some charity performances
• Some members of the group also attend in several musical festival in different countries such as Sweden, Ethiopia, Norway, Russia and Turkey.

• The first place and diploma of WORLD OF TALENTS 2020 competition (Georgia)
• Special award of the audience of European championship of folklore 'EURO FOLK 2020' (Bulgaria)
• Laureate 1 degree and diploma of European championship of folklore 'EURO FOLK 2020' (Bulgaria)
• Won the Grand Prix and diploma of IV international music and dance festival “FRIENDS IN MOSCOW 2020” (Russia)
• Sina Ghazanfaripour (The art director and leader of Avat ensemble) won the first place and a special prize (Grand Prix) of the INTERFOLK 2019 festival in Saint-Petersburg with the Arg ensemble that he created.
