Today the Grand Prix Golden "Orpheus" and a check for 1000 levа were granted officially to the winners in the V Bulgarian National Championship "Euro Folk 2014" - "Gadulitsa" Folklore Ensemble from Kazanlak. The ceremony took place in the municipality of Kazanlak and was attended by the Mayor - Galina Stoyanova, the chairman of the Stara Planina Fest "Balkan Folk" and president of EAFF - Mr. Kaloyan Nikolov, the performers from "Gadulitsa" and their artistic director Dimitar Gaydarov and the team of "Eurofolk TV" - the director Mariana Nutsova and the cinematographer Alexander Filipov.

Mr. Nikolov solemnly handed a diploma with the title of "Absolute national champion of Folklore 2014", Grand Prix Golden "Orpheus", a check for 1000 leva and golden medal to the winners. The ensemble gets points for ranking in the World's top-ranked and an invitation for participation in the European Championship of Folklore "Euro folk 2014". The mayor Mrs. Galina Stoyanova thanked the organizers of EAFF for their initiative to promote Bulgarian folklore and expressed her joy at the fact that the winner of this prestigious competition is an ensemble from Kazanlak. The ensemble greeted the audience with their performances of Thracian Rhodopian folklore.
